Herc Outdoors has been part of the Product Fab family since 1973, carrying more than fifty years of manufacturing experience into every kit, rack, carrier, and mount we build. We are a family owned shop in Pine City, Minnesota, and we put the same pride into this work that our team has brought to American manufacturing for decades.

We use the same gear we ship.

Nothing at Herc is designed in an office and pushed out the door. Every product starts on our own ATVs, UTVs, sleds, bikes, and campers. If it does not install clean, haul hard, and hold up in real weather, it never makes it onto the site. Our team runs this gear on farms, trails, lakes, and back roads across Minnesota, so every weld and bracket reflects real use, not guesses.

All Herc Outdoors products are built right here in Pine City with the materials, processes, and quality control that come from a true manufacturing background. We design, cut, weld, and assemble every part ourselves, which means we control quality at every step. The result is gear that works the way it should, season after season.
